Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
At Ujima Life Services, we are committed to transparency and honoring your right to plan for your care. If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled to receive a written estimate of the expected charges for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.
You may also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the charges.
