Group Counseling
Healing in Community, Growing in Solidarity.
At Ujima Life Services, we believe healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Group counseling offers a powerful space for connection, growth, and shared experience. Led by licensed Black therapists, our groups provide support, insight, and community care for people navigating similar life stages or challenges.
Groups are offered virtually to increase accessibility and are designed to foster emotional safety, cultural affirmation, and personal empowerment.
Current Groups Offered:
Managing Perimenopause – A supportive space for women navigating hormonal shifts, mood changes, identity transitions, and body image. Starting June 21, 2025
College Student Stress Support – For young adults juggling school, family expectations, and mental health. Learn tools for managing anxiety, academic pressure, and social change. (Off for summer break. Will return in September!)
Life After Divorce – A healing space for those processing separation, co-parenting, and the journey of starting over.
