At Ujima Life Services, individual therapy is more than just talk. It’s a space to be fully seen, heard, and supported on your journey toward wellness. We believe that emotional healing is deeply connected to how we care for our bodies, our relationships, and our connection to something greater—whether that’s nature, community, or spirituality.
Our therapists work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity concerns, life transitions, and more. We take a holistic approach, integrating traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, lifestyle support, and culturally affirming practices that center your full humanity.
Our Integrative Approach to Mental Health
Our therapists use a range of evidence-based and expressive approaches, including mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and creative or somatic therapies to help clients discover what works best for them.
At the core, we are humanistic therapists—we believe that each person carries inner wisdom and the capacity for change. Our role is to walk beside you, help you access your strengths, and support your journey toward balance, clarity, and peace.
Therapy services are currently offered through Telehealth. We can provide services across Pennsylvania and South Carolina.
